Shipping and Return Policy
Our shipping and return policy are designed to be straightforward and customer focused. We utilize USPS for all deliveries, offering a shipping rate calculated by USPS in real-time to ensure that the process is both cost-effective and efficient. Generally, it would be shipped in the same day if ordered by 11.00 am and delivered in 2 - 5 business days.

When it comes to returns, we accept them solely in the case of defective products in 30 calendar days to return from the date you received it. This ensures that our customers receive only the highest quality goods. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Additionally, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, and in such cases, we are happy to accommodate exchanges.
